Overall good hotel, clean rooms. Nice restaurant attached. Needs to provide hot water in bath room. Solar water heater not up to the mark. Otherwise very good option to stay.

Not “luxury”

Posted 24 Mar 2018
Staying in Gulbarga for a night on business. Saw this hotel as the best option per online research and Expedia. Expedia gives a 3 1/2 Star. It really is a 1 1/2 Star, 2 at best. My “deluxe” room was very small. There were no blankets on the bed. White sheets with a few dead mosquitos on the sheet. I asked for a blanket and I was given an old blanket that didn’t seem safe or clean to use. I used a white sheet instead which I had to call and ask for again. Washed up, no towels! I had to call again and ask for towels. The pic attached is the towel I got. I stayed up most of the night. Unfortunately, this may be the only “nice” hotel in the city :( Some one please build a nicer hotel. This was not a pleasant experience.

Rooms not like in pictures

Posted 4 Jan 2018 on Hotels
The hotel did not recognize our booking. They said they don't have any tie-ups with Hotels.com, and when we mentioned Expedia, they said they don't have any bookings from Expedia either. Then we were sent to what seemed like a temporary room until they could confirm our booking, which they later came and cleaned up a bit (after we asked them to make the room). This definitely wasn't expected since we'd received a call from the hotel just after we made the booking, so they should obviously have had our booking information and had a room ready for us when we went there. Apart from this, the room wasn't quite like in the pictures. Both the hotel, and the rooms are much smaller than in the Hotels.com pictures.
