This hotel was a delight for what it is (2 star or whatever- basic), the pool was really nice, with great high quality sun loungers- the staff so helpful- especially Killian who gave us recommendations and helped charge our electric rental car. small room but clean and cheerful. we returned there in the same week cancelling a different hotel as we liked it so much!

When we first got there, I was a bit skeptical as it's located next to the highway in a huge attraction park area. We actually had a great time in the hotel. Lovely decoration, super friendly staff, room was large and nice with a small terrasse and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back.

The pool is open from april till end of october. Maybe it was a rayny day, so we keep the protection closed to keep the water warm. You should have ask for us to open the shield...

Great stay: stylish, friendly, comfortable & clean
Posted 1 Oct 2020 on HotelsHighly recommended! We had an excellent short break at this new and stylish hotel near Arcachon. The room was very clean and well-prepared. The common areas were nicely laid out and spotless too, with plenty of handwash and sanitary protection for staff and guests (important in these days of Coronavirus). The staff were helpful and friendly (also it was a surprise to be greeted by name as we passed reception!) The included breakfast was very good too. Our room was quiet. There are several good restaurants in short walking distance as well as, in season, plenty of activities nearby for those with children.
