We really enjoy the staying at Sofitel. Only the drive way to the entrance is a little too narrow. Sometimes the car has to wait to get to the entrance.

Elevator sucks

I have to take three different elevators from guest room to parking lot.

A very nice hotel. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay for 3 days. The hotel is clean and modern with good amenities and conveniently located on top of a large shopping mall and at a location where it is quite easy to get a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given the place a higher rating except that I had prearranged to pay for our stay in local currency. Instead the hotel charged our stay to our credit card used for deposit at the time of check-in, causing some confusion.

All the staffs are very pleasant. Good room size and the beds are very comfortable. Nice view.
