Pretty good
Posted 28 Jul 2021 on HotelsPretty good hotel. Good location in the modern part of town with a nice park next to it. You need to take taxis to go anywhere else though, which is fine if know how to use Didi (and it's pretty easy to hail a normal taxi on the street in the city). Room was pretty good, executive lounge was nice for a "free" light dinner or afternoon cake and they also serve alcohol. No view from it though despite being on 23rd floor. Breakfast was only in main breakfast room and was ok, but not quite up to 5 star standard. Pool was decent but not atmospheric.

Posted 2 Oct 2019 on HotelsThis relatively new hotel has all the amenities and luxuries that you could ever need on a business of leisure trip. Staff and polite and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are luxurious. And only about 30 mins taxi from the airport. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend

1. Front desk staff couldn't find my reservation at first.
2. Took over 20 minutes to deliver an extra bottle of shampoo.
3. Booked a king size bed with two breakfast, usually the hotel would upgrade to the executive floor for gold card members, but this time it didn't happen even though they were available.
4. No welcome fruit basket, not that it really matters, but this seems to be the standard treatment for gold card members.
5. Light switches are very difficult to figure out, and shower are hard to turn off. I know this is supposed to be easy for most people, but I am just stupid.
6. No USB charging connections. Please this is 2019.

If you want to rest in your room and have sleep for get it you put your do not disturb sign on but then they wake you up to see if you like your room clean

Great in general but there are only heating in the room, so the next morning while u get up, you feel your whole body is dry up by the hesting in the room.

Posted 28 May 2018 on HotelsIt’s a nice hotel, located in the business district and close to a beautiful park. It’s a bit removed from the heart of Guiyang; therefore, it requires a taxi ride to go just about everywhere. Facility is great and staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge staff could use more English skills.
