"The people are absolutely nice! The listing has a number of misinformation. 1. It says property is connected to a Shopping Centre, no! It's a residential house with rooms to rent. 2. The room I had booked was a room with pool view but the one given had no view at all. If you open, you get to see wall, if you want air-conditioning, none. The listing also says you get the whole property to yourself, no, you just get a room with no room amenities at all. Food is okay, breakfast was good."

"The house had a very typical Cuban style and is very nice and we’ll taken care of. It’s situated in a poor neighborhood but VERY safe as well! It was amazing waking up in the morning and jumping in the ocean, as well as in the night, the place is just gorgeous! The food is another experience in itself, sooo good! Their staff is very helpful as far as making us feel at home and giving us a lot of helpful tips and suggestions on what Havana offers. Santa Fe is at about 10/20’ from the most famous...

"When we arrived we were told there was an issue with the toilets and could not check in to the villa. This was after a long flight at 9pm!! Whilst waiting, other guests arrived that told us they had booked the villa and were allowed in!! Clearly these people are con artists. Took over an hour to cancel and rebook a hotel in Havana. Ruined our holiday. Do NOT book at any cost."

"Large,clean,and beautiful apartment. Kind,cheerful and wonderful people the hosts Isabelle and Richard. Very tasty breakfasts. The house has a great atmosphere,very good location in the Miramar area,close to many shops,cafes and markets. I strongly advise everyone to choose this apartment!"

"The property was a taxi ride from the main area of Havana but taxis were organised very easily. the rooms and en suite bathrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. shower a bit temperamental but it didn't matter. The house was full of old and interesting artefacts and the main guy spoke really good English and was very helpful. breakfast seemed to be whenever we wanted it and was basically anything we wanted. Very good coffee! Our stay was overall excellent"
