Excellent hotel. Close to all shops, restaurants and GLive center. Service was professional. Rooms highly decorated and very clean. Breakfast staff were helpful and food was very nice. I will be using this hotel again next time i visit Guilford.

Our AC was broken which left the room really hot and made a horrid noise.

Very disappointed with my stay this time. No hot water due to a power cut at 3am. Still no hot water at 10.30am. Very poor service and disinterested reception staff. Also cooked breakfast (buffet) luke warm and no staff about to ask if it could be heated up. This is very surprising as I have stayed here several times before and it’s always been good.

The unexpected global power cut negatively impacted our systems, and it look longer than anticipated to restore the systems.
