"Very good location for buses to entire island. Lovely beach within walking distance. Safe but lively environment, good value for money and would go back again . Only downside is noise from local park into the early hours."

"This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "

"3 night stay in Interior Studio room. The room was clean and quiet with good wifi and the location was excellent. It was very nice to have someone at the Reception (who were helpful), at all times (almost) so I was able to leave my luggage after checking out to grab a lunch nearby. "

"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. "On first impression, the Hotel & Apartment was an absolute 5 star. There were a few simple things that could have been checked within the apartment to make it the best. 1. The bathroom door lock did not function, this was a little awkward for us & our friends. 2. The Bathroom mixer tap requires attention. It was wobbly and needed 2 hands to operate. "Its ok for the price, nothing fancy, but the most important thing is that the the rooms are kept clean."

"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "The apartment was just gorgeous, exactly as described. Everything in top working order and super clean. Little extras like coffee pods and extra towels were much appreciated. "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"Restaurant was closed during our stay and we were not aware at time of booking. Seems it’s closed every weekend!! Receptionist on check in was not very helpful Asked for kettle and cups and told to look in room first then was only given kettle -asked for ice for room and told to go to supermarket. Elizabeth who was on later got cups and ice for us. Back there next week. Will wait and see but nice location"

"Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀"

"This property was amazing! The location to the malacon was exceptional. The entire resort exceeded my wildest expectations. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable! The spa—gym-rooftop pool-& beach chairs are all excellent. Cannot recommend this property more! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Loved the hotel & loved Las Palmas! "

Great hotel and great location

"Great hotel, coulnt find a fault, our room was clean everyday, fresh towels daily, breakfast nice with lots lf options, staff so polite and helpful. Definitely going back! Oh! and the location, it could be better, walking distance to the Mercado del Puerto, plaza de Santa Catalina, bus station, and playa de la cantera, plenty of good restaurants around. Great location!! 5 out of 5 for this hotel!!!"
