Very nice hotel. Unfortunately their internet connection and WiFi struggles given the area the hotel is in . Maybe they could upgrade the connections somehow but it may be the area itself.

Dear Brala, thank you so much for your kind word and the issue with WiFi. We are in the process of upgrading resort wide WiFi to Comcast fiber - Given the size of the property and growing trees some small area WiFi is struggline - we are on it.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.

The patio looks out to the vineyard is beautiful and relaxing!!

The property is listed as a 3 star hotel. It is far from it. While the staff was very kind and helpful, the property is extremely run down and looks more like barracks than the nice hotel one would surmise by looking at the pictures on the website.

Andrea, We are sorry about your experience. We are a large property and there are a couple of units that we are working on upgrading. On a full weekend that was the only unit available or we would have gladly moved you to a newer units. We credited the whole nights stay upon your comments and before you even left. The property is definitely very Walkable to all of downtown Guerneville, the shopping and the restaurants. The outside of the property seems a little rundown. Our room was very modern and very clean.

Centrally located Gem among Redwoods
Posted 17 Aug 2024 on HotelsNice newly remodeling pet friendly rooms, nice (but cold) pool, super nice accommodating staff, walkable to everything downtown. Spa too!

Thank you dear for your review. We are in the middle of upgrading all the landscaping so hope you come visit us again soon to see the changes. Pool is heat May-September usually, unless it is really hot weather and was turned the heat off.

There was no A/C and the property was very dark at night. No ice machine, cell crevice was spotty and inconsistent.

Thanks for your visit, we appreciate your comments. In the previous property wide remodel with AC included, there are 2 buildings out of 11 that were not and are on the list for 2024. We do send notification of the fact. Please let us know of your next trip and we be sure to make sure the room you select is in the newer section. We do provide ice trays in the room fridges, we are sorry if that was a miss.
