Lovely Stay
Posted 5 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe owner was very friendly and hospitable. Our room was nicely appointed, immaculate, and comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large and modern. There was ample free parking, and the small town had a grocery store and eateries within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This is a gorgeous property and a lovely hostess. The room was excellent and a lovely en-suite.There was a large lounge and dining room for your use. The outstanding feature though was the garden absolutely beautiful and a great credit to the owner. The breakfast was wonderful with the jam made from the fruit in her own garden. excellent wifi. Belgian beer pression for only 1 euro for a large glass. you can also arrange for your evening meal which was 3 courses plus wine for only 40 euro for 2 people. Would most definitely stay there again. the town itself is very quiet however there are a variety of Chateaus' to visit and we visited a castle currently being built using methods and materials originating from the 13th century this is a massive undertaking which is well worth visiting. We will be back especially for the breakfast.

Madam was lovely and welcoming, the outside was beautifully French and our room was modern and comfortable.

You must go there....
Posted 13 Jul 2019 on Hotelsle clos des forges was picked because it was a half way point on our journey home; what a delight, beautifully appointed room, loads of room for 3 adults, wonderful amenities. Breakfast was a delight fresh and prettily presented, as i guessed the jams were homemade from the fruits in our hostesses garden. All in lovely setting. We will be back, exceptional and all for the same price that we paid for a budget ibis!!!!

Sehr schönes 3-Bett-Apartment
Posted 29 Mar 2024 on HotelsWir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin sehr nett empfangen und in das große 2- und 1-Bett-Zimmer geführt. Auch das Bad war sehr groß und alles da, was man braucht. Garten direkt vorm Fenster. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen.
