The room was spacious for a family of four. The bathroom was large, clean and comfortable. The separate toilet room was the best. The breakfast was amazing, local and fresh. They went above and beyond any other hotel we stayed at in Germany. Wish we could've stayed here for longer. Thank you Vienna House!

The room is clean and quiet small for two single beds. 15 mins walk to the train station. Contactless payment was not working and was asked to sort this out by myself. For this price, i would have expected a better service or better communication method.

Overall a good stay. Staff was nice all around. Room doesn’t look quite like pictures. I thought it was more of a kid oriented hotel but not really. Close to downtown for restaurants. 8 euro to park and breakfast was good.

We went for a short trip to Legoland. Hotel is very well located next to Günzburg market plaz and lots of restaurants. Parking is very easy and the hotel staff was very welcoming and helped in all aspects.

Excellent hotel but no AC
We stayed here during our visit to Legoland in July. Staff is amazing, property is very clean and room is spacious. It is also walking distance to the pedestrian area of town and there is a restaurant next door as well as a playground and on-site parking. Downside is there is no air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open and although the temperature was okay in the room, we were bitten by mosquitoes all night. I would stay there again but not in the warm months.

Location and public transportation was convenient
Hotel is conveniently located near train station and town centre however I would not recommend this hotel in the high summer (July - Aug) as it is too warm to sleep. There is no air conditioning and no mini bar to store cold drinks. Also challenging to sleep due to the noise outside, cars arriving and leaving, people chatting can be clearly heard. Otherwise staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room was clean.

Clean, spacious, good location
Very clean & spacious room. Well located with Mullers right by the Hotel. Very nice & colorful lobby, kids-friendly with Lego & swings. Free wifi included. Hotel staff are friendly & can speak pretty good English. They helped me get taxi for heading to LEGOLAND & Gunzburg train station. Gunzberg train station is about 10 minutes by foot & 3 minutes by taxi. LEGOLAND is 10-15 minutes by taxi.
