"Perfect location in the new town and good walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was the same every morning, on a tray! Could be better, but filling. Couldn’t fault the 2 reception staff. They were helpful, friendly, caring and kind. The welcome drink was a nice touch to our room on arrival. Major disappointment was the pool is totally shaded and gets no sun at all throughout the day so we sat on the roof top in our clothes trying to catch some sun on the times we were in. "There is nothing we liked about this hotel. Please see the details for each: 1. Took 2 hours to check-in for three families and even after 2 hours they could not clean the room so shifted in different room temporarily and when we came back to this room after one hour, we could not find our speaker 2. When we asked about the speaker, the staff was saying, they don't know about that and no one has given. So basically they were saying it is lost. After waiting at reception for 20 mins, they...
