A perfect place to stay

The location was great, parking right by the door. The hotel and rooms exceptionally clean. What really lifted this place was the friendly service of the owner who went out of her way to make us welcome. The food was lovely too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back.

We arrived for two nights, planning mostly exploring Granada. The distance from the city was fair and the drive was a bit hard, but we knew that prior our visit. The hotel staff were very nice and pleasant, and have good English. The hotel itself was a bit similar to students dorms, as the walls are thin as paper. I literally heard the guy next door snore and sneeze all the time! Plus, the water in the shower weren't hot enough. The breakfast was very basic (no eggs, for example) and not fresh. Overall, the price was low, but there are some basics.

Good afternoon, thank you for your evaluation, we feel that you have not liked the stay, as for the noise of the rooms even in 4 star hotels it can happen that you hear noise from other customers, so we don't agree with the title of your comment . Regarding breakfast is a breakfast adapted to the 49.50 euros paid for each night in our hotel, continental breakfast with cold meats, juice, coffee machine and pastries, they could have paid an extra if they wanted eggs. Bookes on Hotels.com to 120 euro for 2 nights - ended up paying 170 euro. The hotel claimed that this was the price......

Good for skiing

We stayed here for four nights while on a skiing break to Sierra Nevada, being only 10 kilometers from the ski restort and over half the cost, the small drive up the hill and easy parking made a good trip easy. The hotel looks a little dated on the outside, but is well finished and up to date inside The food is really very good, exellent breakfast, even if you ask for something different it's no problem. Will be using this place again for skiing

Fantastic Little Hotel

I am so happy that I found this Hotel. The Hotel is just a short drive up the hill from the Ski Area. The staff are very friendly, the Hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The onsite restaurant was good, and the service very good and friendly. They even sell the ski passes to save you the hassle of queuing at the ticket office in the resort! The is an excellent Ski Hire shop onsite, who were so helpful, and who couldn't do enough for us. I shall be using this hotel every time I ski in Sierra Nevada. Thank you!!

wonderful hotel, delightful stay.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely family run hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were good size and beds very comfortable. We had two rooms as we were a family of Mum, Stepdad and adult daughter, the latter were skiers, The ski hire was great and they allowed us to return the skis on the way back down from the slopes even though we had checked out earlier. We drove to the slopes which was only a 10 minute drive away. The continental breakfast was superb, bacon, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, tomato, toast, butter, jam, juice, tea/coffee and as much as you want. All in all a successful stay and will definitely stay there again.

Es muy buena opción para disfrutar de la montaña, buen restaurante y muy a gusto. Si vas a esquiar, Miguel en su tienda te resuelve todas tus dudas y tiene todo lo que haga falta para poder disfrutar del esquí!

Séjour décevant!

Le "moins":chambre absolument pas insonorisée ( on entend la télévision des voisins) .pas de fenêtre dans la chambre mais uniquement dans la salle de bain;chambre non faite le 2 éme jour Restaurant juste correct ;peu d'effort dans la qualité des plats Le "plus": petit déjeuner varié;propreté des lieux.parking disponible

Nous regrettons que votre séjour n'ait pas été assez médiocre, nous n'avons que deux chambres avec une fenêtre seulement dans la salle de bain et ce serait une journée très chargée à cause de ce que cette chambre était. Dans la mesure où l'insonorisation dépend en grande partie des clients qui ont des pièces adjacentes, nous estimons qu'elle n'a pas été aussi correcte qu'elle devrait l'être. Nous prendrons note de tout pour continuer à améliorer, une salutation
