Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing and fairly priced. Many businesses in the proximity and tourist attractions close by. Very well kept property. Will definitely come back.

My stay at the hotel was superb. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Overall, a good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel

Definitely a great hotel! We were just staying for one night on our way to Galapagos. The hotel driver was waiting for us at the airport (as requested), quick check in, clean room, great amenities and very good bar/restaurants. The hotel staff is amazing too! Definitely coming back again (this was my second time at this hotel!).

The bathroom door was sIiding semiglass without much privacy and visible thru it. The air-conditioning was very noisy. For vegetarian, there was very little to choose in breakfast buffets and in their restaurants.

Cozy, comfortable, clean and with an amazing hotel staff hospitality. From the security guard & door greeters, check-in reception , room service to restaurant staff the friendliness and service was exceptional.
