No elevator, and hard to carry all the luggage up the stairs.

The dog barking at night was bad enough, the employees at the front counter were just as loud. It was a very bad night when you only had a few hours to sleep before your next flight.

Experienced staff and very helpful. Very nice neighborhood and off the main thoroughfare so quiet. Affordable and clean.

Very close to air port. Very difficult to find -taxi driver wouldn't look for it any more and made us get out.
