Lack of service… could do better on cleanliness. Buffet food is horrible and drinks are decent. Make sure to get vip

This property was great, the staff were very helpful all the time. Belky the lobby manager was such an amazing help and very knowledgeable and accommodating. The buffet area was always amazing from the chefs cooking to Kimberly and Catarina helping. This would be our second large family vacation to coral costa caribe. We will return in the future. Much recommended.

I think the place is great and I will return. Not sure this could happen, but they run out of beach towels. One day waited about 2 hours for one. Also, knives and forks sometimes had to wait and the meal got cold. There were 3 of us in a room and sometimes they would leave 1 maybe 2 bath towels.
