"Isabella at the front desk was so helpful in booking tours, restaurants and other transportation. Nothing was too much for her. So very grateful. The hotel is on a busy road so traffic noise was was only minor complaint. The breakfast was also very good. "

"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor condition, and needs a truck, Jeep or similar high-clearance vehicle. But it's worth it! Our only recommendation is to fix the road, and our profuse thanks are to the staff for helping us with travel arrangements!"

"Fantastic service, really close to Jardin, perfect to enjoy the mountains and the town at the same time. Staff extremely friendly and always ready to serve. For sure we will come back to this place. Fantastico servicio, el hotel está muy cerca de Jardín así que perfectamente se disfruta el pueblo y el campo a la vez. El personal del hotel fue extremadamente servicial y siempre estuvieron listos para servir. Con seguridad regresaremos a este hotel. "

Historic hotel with updated rooms.

"It's like stepping into the past when climbing up to the lobby. Fine woodworking abound. The customer service was exceptional, and they were accommodating with our luggage since our departure was for mid afternoon. We enjoyed the small livingroom with views of the landscape."
