Reception not truly Multi Lingual, very difficult to communicate... Should not be the case for an International Brand... Lost Mine Host... Experience was not great will not be back

Great hotel with very comfortable beds. Delicious Breakfast. Sonia in the 2nd floor dining room was awesome, she was very attentive and welcoming. I will be staying here again the next time I am in Guatemala.
