The reservation was a Fraud. We could not stay in the propert, no boby was there to open the door and we had to find another option. Terrible.

Sir. I'm so sorry for the trouble caused. Our intention never was to make you have a bad time. That weekend was something special. And Guatapé does not have the infrastructure to attend that many people. I beg you to forgive us. And we can make you a special discount for the trouble we caused you. Have a good one.

I didn’t even end up staying for the following reasons... 1) He charged me more than the app said I was supposed to pay, stating that he was only told of one guest, not Four. 2) The location was in a place that you need a 4x4 to get to.. 3) There wasn’t good or drinks to purchase, let alone the breakfast that was stated on the reservation. 4) It was raining and both of the rooms that he tried to convince me to stay in, had water leaking into the rooms where the beds are. 5) This location is not a hotel, but their personal home that they rent rooms in. 6) Absolutely not what I expected and gave me a really bad taste with Expedia.
