"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. "I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."
