Pior hotel que já fiquei no Guarujá
Hotel muito ruim, o pior que já fiquei. Quarto pequeno, antigo, na descrição dizia que tinha estacionamento, chegando lá não tinha. Banheiro sem saída de ar e bem mofado, tampo da privada de péssima qualidade. Café da manhã tinha que escolher antes o que queria, de poucas opções, e vinham a mesma coisa todos os dias, somente as frutas boas, o restante de qualidade ruim. Zero custo benefício, tem vários lugares com o mesmo preço infinitamente melhores.

O pequeno e simpático Palmar
Eu estava tão cansada que dormi a noite toda apesar do hotel ser de frente para a praia e numa esquina. Por isso há barulho dos passantes. Mas dormi bem. O ar condicionado é muito barulhento. Preferi não me cobrir e mantê-lo desligado. Atendimento simpático e limpeza muito boa. Porém, a diária é cara.

Local simples, agradável e com boa localização.
Estadia agradável no geral. Café da manhã bom. Funcionárias educadas e gentis. Boa localização. Não há reclamações, ou melhor, apenas pelo estacionamento que a saída é complicada, pois é apertado. No mais, nossa estadia ficou dentro do esperado e sem surpresas. Eu voltaria a ficar lá.

O atendimento foi perfeito. Super atenciosos e competentes. Porém, quarto muito pequeno me decepcionei bastante, pensava tb que todos os carros tinham direito a vaga e tinha que pagar e bem caro por sinal. Hotel localização boa, mais os quartos de baixo não conseguimos dormir devido a muito barulho na rua.

O café da manhã está sendo servido individualmente como é recomendada na pandemia , porém não tem opções. Muito fraco. Em baixo da cama do quarto tinha uma máscara jogada, sinal que não ouve limpeza antes da nossa chegada. Muito ruim. Ar condicionado muito barulhento. Para quem quer um lugar calmo não indico pois está em um local da praia com muitas festas a noite, mesmo no tempo de pandemia

Muito fraco pelo preço que cobram
Entrando no quarto liguei a luz e no spot tinha 2 porem 1 estava estourada la dentro e a outra bem fraca, no quarto tinha um “guarda roupa” pequeno, com a parte de cima td estourada, fui liga o ar, o mesmo é do modelo antigo, faz um barulho muito alto. Fui no banheiro a porta na parte de baixo esta toda estourada, quase que não fecha, o box também não fecha, as portas tortas. Café da manhã bem fraco quase sem opções. Pela localização do hotel e o preço que cobram acho que teria que melhorar muito.

hotel muito bom , muito próximo a praia , café muito bom ,simples mas ,ótimo , funcionários super bem educados e nos deixam a vontade , só sentimos falta de tomadas próximos a cama , pois hj celular é indispensável kkkk, mas tudo de bom esse hotel quanto ao ar condicionado , que vi em outros comentários , esse barulho é normal, pois não é Split e sim de janela , mas tudo muito limpo

Não conseguimos dormir por causa do barulho do ar-condicionado muito velho. Com calor de 28 graus, sem ventilador, esse hotel não é mais uma opção no verão.
