The hotel clerk was not very professional, and his manager couldn't be bothered. I still don't know what happened, but my booking with hotels.com was not in the hotel's computer system. This hotel has a weird arrangement in an inconvenient location. You'll save yourself trouble, and probably money, by staying somewhere else. In the end, hotels.com took responsibility for what was probably the fault of the hotel, and put me in a nicer hotel.
