The elevators were incredibly slow and hot. The room was hot and floors were dirty; it had not been cleaned well and the bed as poorly made up. There were no amenities, no water, no phone, not even a closet. The internet was very slow and limited in what you were allowed to access: no Google, no Facebook, no NY Times, etc. Gmail accounts would not access. I canceled my stay and moved to different hotel in the first hour.

The hotel looks old and dirty. Furniture is in not good condition. Nothing like on the picture. Elevation is very slow. Communication was okay. Location is very close to convention center which was convenient. Overalls it’s okay but not what I expected for this price range.

Extremely poor service. Lack of people to serve
Posted 4 Apr 2018 on HotelsLack of information in English. No sign board indicating where the hotel is. Only one person at the reception with no phone to call, unless you ask for his mobile number. If you travel alone without a local guide. I don't recommend staying in the hotel. The price is extremely high, perhaps during the exhibition. In short. Hotel is not really for foreigners

Okay, if no other options available.
Posted 3 Nov 2017 on HotelsThe lobby is very nice and the hotel is EXTREMELY close to the Canton Fair.
However, the inside of the room was pretty bad. All the cabinets were coming off the hinges. Two of the cabinets had peoples old soft drink cans left inside, the air conditioner was broken, etc. The apartment itself was pretty rough. Also, they will ask you for 200RMB deposit for a keycard. Be sure to use Credit card for deposit if you leave early in the morning for check out. They say someone will be there and they won't be.

Warning do not stay here
Posted 29 Oct 2017 on HotelsWarning do not stay here. Dirty, old with horrible staff. There are no amenities, it is noisy but the worst part is how filthy dirty it is, from the disgusting and smelly reception area, to the soap scum build up in the shower. Disgusting.

Never again
Posted 27 Oct 2017Where do I start? The whole experience from the start was nothing but a disaster. I get off the plane take a taxi and the driver has no idea where this place is apparently no one has heard of it. I finally made him stop and flag down a cop who called them and then drove us there.
The place is not a hotel. Their customer service is non existent. They don't speak English everything they say is by using an app To translate which can take an hour.
The room was full of roaches the moment I turned on the light I noticed them scrambling I didn't know what to do. I couldn't sleep at night.
They had one room of toilet paper on there. The shower was filthy and disgusting. The water kept showing out the non working door. The repairs on the shower were horrible and very noticeable.
They finally moved me to another room to spend the last night and the smell of that bed and the sheets was unbearable.
This was my first trip to China and everything else about it was good except this "hotel apartment" it ruined everything for me.
It reminded me of a hostel stay or a motel for that matter and it's not like it was cheap it was $200 a Night.
Do yourself a favor stay at a hotel where the bed/room is clean and fresh and where they speak English.

Room is not in fully-function condition.
Only the location is good.
