Like.
The property staff were very helpful and friendly for our requests and the hotel was clean.
Dislike.
The property allowing smoking is very displeasing as the smell is not pleasent.

The room is clean. Staff are friendly. No bellboy to help carry my luggage from the car to the hotel. Free shuttle to the airport, however, driver do not assist carrying luggage down shuttle bus. Difficult for ladies who travel with heavy luggages. Food wasn't great at breakfast buffet. There is nothing to do near the hotel.

Stay overall nit bad, pretty luxy, very desappointed of the tv no inyernational channel, oh by the way i use my visa card to pay the warranty for the room and at this day it is still not credited back, please fix this kind of issue

The property and rooms were clean. A couple of things that stood out with this hotel is that the parking lot attendants are very “peculiar” with the direction your car is facing because “it doesn’t look good for the hotel if the cars don’t face the same direction”. In addition, anywhere in the world that I’ve traveled to, I had no problems with getting dropped off at the front so that I can check in. But this hotel, the parking lot attendant will give you hell if you don’t drive a fancy car. His explanation was “it doesn’t look good for the hotel if you temporarily drop someone off. Then he pointed at the Jaguar in front of us, which meant, that car is okay. This hotel is all about image so that was definitely a turnoff for me. The front desk staff were nice even though you’d have to repeat yourself a few times before they understand what you’re saying. Lastly, the halls of this property is long and my room was at the end of the hall so it took a good 7 minutes walk just to get to the room from the elevator. I’m pretty sure that they can add an elevator somewhere. I mean “it would look good for the hotel”.

everything is fine, only the windows is always close, can't open which is not good for me.

The rooms are good and clean and front desk service great.
My only grouse, too far to Guangzhou downtown and taxi fares cost a bomb. Also airport taxi not happy because too near the airport and the fare not rewarding for them. I had to pay a flat Rmb100 fare. Not complaining about this because I understand they had to queue a Long time.
