Excellent customer service from concierge to cleaning lady. This hotel was well staffed. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. While this hotel has aged, there is still a sense of grandeur. The price was very reasonable.

very dirty, people smoking in the elevator, frontdesk service attitude sucks, totally not worth 500cny/ night , feels like 150cny more or less

Location was good. The staff was really nice and helpful. My room had a large and spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
