Fantastic hotel for international travelers

The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant has great food, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, though not all staff members speak English, so be prepared to use a phone translator if necessary. We stayed for a business trip and loved our experience! We would happily stay again.

nice hotel with big rooms

Pros: hotel room is clean and big
Hotel's room is very big and clean. Morning breakfast has many varieties of food. Just a little far from town.

The location of the hotel is not convenient.
Posted 7 May 2017Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the hotel does not provide transportation to the airport and it's impossible to get a taxi. I had to change room 3 times for different reasons, but the staff was very nice about it. Rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The location it's what's makes you experience unfavorable.

Perfect for Canton Fair visitors
Posted 28 Apr 2017Was amazing, Im still surprised how great it is in a really cheap price, and I really travel a lot. This hotel is really nice, clean, good service and also offered free shuttle to Canton Fair so Im really impressed. Breakfast is great, chinese restaurant is really lovely and the chefs had a lot of prizes. Really nice and perfect hotel with avgreat price.

Nice rooms, lousy wifi, lousy service
Posted 23 Apr 2017 on HotelsRooms were very nice, however wifi was extremely unstable. Service was also horrible as it took a long time to check out. The hotel will not call a cab for you and will instead tell you to take the stairs down to the road to get a cab yourself, even with a 20kg suitcase. They say that this is not a service that they offer.

Good place to stay
Posted 24 Oct 2016 on HotelsThis was my second stay in this hotel in the last 18 months. This time around I had a room with winbdows which was nice. I arrived pretty early in the morning and they were gracious to give me a room rightaway! Cleanliness was great, Breakfast buffet was good, the advertised European dinner buffer was anything but European! The only concern was the free Wifi, which was very sketchy; l learnt later that I could have had a booster from one of the room service people.
