Highly appreciated the warm welcome from all the staff. Many thanks to Ms. Jennifer, the front desk check-in young lady. She’s so thoughtful and gives us an upgrade. Also took the wonderful photos for us in front of the Christmas Decorations. The hotel is close to many restaurants and entertainment facilities, beautiful night views. Will come back to the Four Seasons definitely.

This is the best hotel I have stayed. Top location and facilities. Giant room, friendly staff. 4 seasons Guangzhou has pushed the bar of luxury hotel to a new level.
The snow on Xmas day has become my son’s favourite memory
