One of the better hotel in the area. Staffs were great. Very attentive service. Even the service in the cafe restaurant where they served breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Xiao Luo and Xiao Lai in the restaurant was very polite when I asked to pack some food to go for my daughter because she’s sick and was staying in the room. Five stars for service to all the staffs

The staffs at the hotel were courteous and polite. The minute you pull up to the hotel, the staffs are already standing by to greet you and get the luggage. The check in process was easy and the staffs were professional. Even the staffs at the dining area serving breakfast and dinner were super nice and attentive. They always make sure you were satisfy and have everything in place. Louis and Camilla were especially friendly and attentive. Always greeting people with a smile. Love the casual and friendly atmosphere. Even the hotel manager Linda stopped by the table and talk to customers asking for feedbacks and suggestions for improvements, making sure expectations are being meet. Thumbs up for the entire staffs in this hotel. Nice and enjoyment experience and will definitely come back to stay when in the area.

We loved the pool! We had to kill some hours before our flight and the pool was great to wear our kids out! The shuttle is also very convenient!

Nice hotel the breakfast was very good. Only let down was that there was no room service after midnight as our flight was delayed and we had to go to bed hungry.
