"First of all the address listed was incorrect. The "hotel" was actually a block away from there. We booked two rooms and called because our flight was delayed and we would be arriving the next day at 5am. When we were there we called the number provided and no answer. We waited for over 3 hours out in the curb with children in a foreign country. We finally received an answer from the owner. He came to get us and we had to walk to where the actual "hotel" was. It's just an apartment building not...

"The place is in very convenient and safe area. Easy access to Chunxi shopping center, many good international food restaurants, and metro stations. Room service was very good with bringing water bottles, coffee, and daily cleaning. Strongly recommend this place if you travel as group of 2 - 5 people or family with children. Very good for the price."

"location is very good, there is a big supermarket on the first floor, restaurants around this hotel. Breakfast is good with Chinese and European style. And the staffs in restaurant are quite helpful. Exceptional Stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu

"I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an exceptional experience. Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless, and every interaction felt warm and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious touches and breathtaking city views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the little details made it feel extra special. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both local and international options, and the staff in the dining area made each meal feel like a memorable occasion. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu. Despite the initial hiccup, the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu’s incredible service more than made up for it, and I left feeling truly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!"

"We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There is a brilliant hotpot restaurant on the same road that was recommended by staff. The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient. It is about a 45 minute journey away to the panda base. The hotel is off a main road with a convenience store, bakery and fresh fruit stores. Access to essentials is possible by foot."
