Hotal is clean but the rooms shower towels smelled so bad. We needed an iron and called front desk, they asked for us to pick it up because they were to busy. We asked for toilet paper because our restroom wasnt stocked and it took them almost 20 minutes to bring it.

Staff was not friendly at arrival. Room was basic but had no hot water running. The location was a bit far from the center and all things happening in the vicinity.

Las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a las imágenes que se muestran, además de que se escucha el ruido en las habitaciones de arriba o de alado, lo que hace difícil poder dormir o descansar.

Our stay was average not sure how to describe how dark the rooms are. The beds are very hard not comfortable at all . The staff is very friendly which is the main reason I’m giving them 3 stars. Please do not stay here you won’t rest.

Yuo have to leave the car in a place about 8 minutes walk. Not so safe to walk during the night

Fantastic hotel located at the periphery of Guanajuato center. Taxis are abundant to get downtown for. Avery reasonable price and the hotel has parking within walking distance.
