"Overall a good experience. However, I was there during the off-season (it's geared towards summer visitors) and some of the services changed their operating times. The market closed earlier, and the shuttle bus had a completely different schedule. This was not indicated *anywhere* on the signs posted on site or on their "app" (a webpage). I have no issue with the changes. I *do* have issue with those changes not being communicated. I would stay there again, but I'd ask a lot more questions...

"One of the most beautiful places I have stayed, and a great location for going shopping and exploring the city. Right on the canal, it’s pretty tough to beat. My friend and I got a suite and it was plenty of space and amenities."

"Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights. "

"Great value in a wonderful location, especially since we’d just paid double for a similar property in Rome. The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. The shower fixture rusted off the wall while we were there, the hot water ran out if all four of us wanted to shower straight after each other, and the toilet pipes often clogged, but we still enjoyed our stay! "Loved my 5 night stay at Palazzo Graziani. A gorgeous old building (300+ years) with thoughtfully updated rooms. I stayed in a single room and although smallish it had all the amenities needed, including a kettle, tea and a small fridge and smart use of space. Spotlessly clean. "The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again."

"Fabulous hotel, excellent location, very quirky with Hell or Heaven rooms, have tried both, so different but both as good. Great atmosphere, big rooms, amazing toiletries and free water and beer. Decor throughout very well thought out. Restaurant evening dining extremely good, gets very busy. Breakfast good choice of hot and cold, highly recommend."
