I like that it had a Convenience store downstairs I like the amount of restaurants. I also liked the live music on the Weeknd. I didn’t like the chemical smell in the hallways. It was too strong, but not bad.

I have to say I was so pleased with Hard Rock Guadalajara in every way. The staff is so helpful and nice. The property is so well kept and quite beautiful. Rooms are fantastic. Dining amazing!
I'll be back again!

Liked the rooftop pool and bar. The room decor was great. The water had an odd odor

The ac from our room wasn’t working we call the the front desk to let them know they send the maintenance guy but couldn’t do nothing about it we where expecting that they would provide another room but they didn’t give us any other option
