The smell to pipe was really noticeable . Our room was located in the 5th floor and the smell was really bad . They need to do something to fix that. If I could I will definitely stay in another hotel .

Elena was amazing and very helpful. She arranged for my wedding dress to be steamed and beautiful for our special day.

Wish this hotel had a gym but we went for a walk and run around the neighborhood and it’s so safe and beautiful…. Other than that this hotel was very nice to stay at and you are close to andares and other shopping centers. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We loved it. Definitely when I return I will consider staying here.

Love this Hotel. My home away from home. Clean, safe and close to everything you need if you're in Guadalajara. Staff are attentive and friendly.
