Disappointed in hotel and 9.3 rating on Expedia, we expected more than what the hotel offered. Our room 104 had slanted floors, uncomfortable bed and moldy shower with no shower curtain. Only 4 hangers provided. No refrigerator and no ice machine. We had to ask staff for ice and leave our food in their refrigerator. The maid service arrived after 3 pm. Our room was only done one time in 4 nights. The free breakfast was cold every morning. In particular the eggs, pancakes and waffles. The front desk staff were not friendly. There were only 2 staff members who were excellent. Andrea was very friendly and extremely helpful to us when we had questions. Andrea deserves a raise! Esteban the bell boy was always helpful to us when we were in the lobby. He was very nice. We travel often and decide based upon reviews. The hotel is an older hotel and not what we expected. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel was okay . Best part was the breakfast and parking . As well as near by shopping malls. However the staff had a very serious vibe. Only happy staff were the valet . Also there was a lot of noise 3 out of 5 night which was kinda scary in the hotel .
