The service was good except i kept asking for toiletries. The shower floor looked dirty.

My sick was plug up on first day, I ask to be move to the same floor as my sister and they refused. Not very welcoming . Your surroundings of the hotel lots of homeless peoplle sleeping. Scary to walk around . The manager not very helpful. Had attitude. How is it possible you have people working there. Client should be first .

People in the front reception were incredibly rude. There was absolutely no sense of customer service or even politeness. My room card needed to be re-activated every day and every single time I received incredibly bad service. I am a paying customer and expected more especially from a double tree hotel. Very very very disappointed.

The staff treated me very well. The view was spectacular. There were plenty of food options and also activities. The staff helped me book a couple of tours/excursions. I will return.
