Hotel Seville was a dream hotel in Edelweiss room with a wooden canopy bed and a million dollar view!
The food and service were excellent!
Parking was scarce and bringing luggage through the cobblestone streets was difficult for us! We love everything about Gruyeres!

A beautiful property in a picture perfect old village. Located within the castle walls. Simply beautiful and a must visit.

No air conditioning - made our stay uncomfortable at night. Very expensive for what it was.

It was just unfortunate that everything else in the town was pretty much closed while we were there.
