"We were greeted by very friendly staff when we came in the front door they took care of our reservation right away and gave us a wonderful room. Also had popcorn waiting for us. Very friendly a welcome change because we were going to stay at another hotel in Williamsburg and it was horrible. "

"The hotel was nice. There was a disconnect due to a language barrier when checking in. It was difficult to understand that I was being charged a deposit at time of checking and what it was for. This inability to understand each other's questions became an irritation. The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure from the shower was horrible. "I got a room with a water view and loved it! The room was clean except for the coffee maker. The used pack of coffee was still there. The shelf in the bathroom was cracked and the finish coming off. This surprised me as the hotel was kind of expensive and the reputation was great. Pretty much nothing is included. No breakfast. You have to pay to park in their garage. They gave me a bag with 2 water bottles in it. I'd have rather had a glass of wine."
