The staff were welcoming and as I had need to stay there several times over a month, they got to know me better. I appreciated their hospitality.
It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, quiet, and very affordable. The waffles at breakfast were delicious and overall it was a good experience.

It is not recommended for a family trip. The carpet is dirty, and the bedroom is dark. The staff is careless. Only the young kid was kind enough to change the chairs in the first bedroom, which had disgusting chairs with black stains.

I was upset that i had to go to the office 2x to get room keys because they wouldn’t work.

The hot water in the shower rumbling loudly when getting hot water. Noise and shaking gradually reduced when making the shower water cooler.
Otherwise, looks likely the room I had was recently renovated, so everything else was fine.

The desk staff are very helpful and I’ve stayed there several times in the past few weeks. I have business in the area so am there a few days each week. The waffles you make yourself at the breakfast array are great, and it’s a fine place to stay if you don’t mind basic facilities. It’s clean and quiet.
