Gentleman checking me in was not overly friendly. He did not offer any information concerning breakfast, WiFi or anything else. Room was clean and comfortable but would probably not stay there again.

No housekeeping service, no fresh towels, no fresh coffee, no fresh cups. The breakfast offerings were meager.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfy and it was convenient (right off the main road). Close to Lake with several eateries within driving distance. The only thing we did not care for was the breakfast. It was coffee, cereal, yogurt and packaged sausage on mini buns with packaged muffins. It was okay for quick bite, but we're used to waffles, scrambled eggs, etc. We would go back though.

We have a service dog. We resserved a king bed room. Once we arrived we were made to move to a queen sized room "for the same price" because it had tile floor rather than carpet. When i told him i wanted to keep the king bed he said we need to take the queens because thats all they had for pets. I clarified that it was not a "pet" it was a service animal and even offered to provide paperwork. We ended up getting pushed to the 2 queen beds anyways because it was so late when we came to check in i didnt want to try to have to fimd another room. Bed sheets are extremely itchy and rough. Woke up itching all over my back and legs.

I stayed one night while traveling for a funeral. No issues at all.
