I was very impressed with the clerk when checking in. So very kind and helpful. Room is wonderful. Shower water pressure will exfoliate you - which is awesome. Only negative is the thin/uninsulated walls between rooms. The TVs in adjoining rooms are so loud.

The staff was so friendly! My husband, dog and I were all here visiting my mom and extended family. Not only was the room comfortable but the staff was super friendly and welcoming as it was our first time in the area. Breakfast was really good! We unfortunately missed out on the FRESH BAKED COOKIES at 4pm but overall it was amazing and will be using this hotel for our future visits back to Grove to visit family

I did ask for a firt floor room because my husband is handicapped. They were all booked so he had to go up 2 flights of stairs. He fell on the very last step and bruised his knee up pretty good. I hurt my back trying to help him up. It wasn't any fault of thr hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable
