The shower was clogged and would flood instantly. They moved us into a new room and there seems to be the same problem across the whole hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was fine, location is good.

A nice hotel convenient to the interstate and outlet mall. Good variety of restaurants close at hand.
Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Compared to another hotel we stayed at in the same area this was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Will plan again again when in the area.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It was being remodeled downstairs so there were building supplies stacked up but it was out of the flow of traffic. They need to remodel the rooms next as the walls were cracking and the floor is lumpy. But it was clean and the beds comfy.
