I've stayed at this property before and was caught completely by surprise when while staying in one of their pet rooms I discovered insects crawling in my bed. They were later identified as baby roaches. I was mortified further when my skin began breaking out. I will not return here and retract all other pos reviews I have given them.

A/c was broken with 80 degrees weather that night and the room had roaches. Bed sheets with obvious urine stains. Requested a different room and was told that it was the only room available in the whole property. No one to come fix the air conditioner until the next morning. Requested cancellation and they didn’t give me any refund. Made the A/c complaint 15 minutes after leaving the lobby office and then Left the room less than an hour after that and they still didn’t give me a refund of the unlivable room. Not worth the hassle regardless of room cost!

Close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was very friendly as well
