The pool area was great. Nice for night stay and shopping in grove city premium outlets

Had bedbugs in our room. And hotel is quite run down

hello sorry to know that you had unpleasant experience but when you stayed in November it was Best Western and now its Park Inn by Radisson and this review is showing in Park Inn by Radisson give us a chance to serve you in our new hotel wish to see you back

It was perfect for what we needed it for. Travelled from Canada with two preteens for shopping.. they had the best time !! We loved the Salt water pool and the margaritas across the road ! :) we’ll be back for sure :)

* Breakfast was not good. They used expired milk in breakfast area for coffee.
* The bed was uncomfortable. It was very hard to sleep on these bed.
