Home 2 Suites is a very nice hotel. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the skimpy breakfast.

Great clean hotel (bad coffee)

The only problem with the hotel was the coffee, everyone I know who tried it (a half dozen guys or so) agreed it was bad. Other the coffee the place is great.

Nice but needs some TLC

Hospitality was great. Everyone I met was very nice and friendly. It is a beautiful hotel but I am disapointed with the cleanliness. In my suite the couch was covered in stains, the floors looked dirty, the kitchen utensils and cups look like they were used and never placed in the washer. The coffee machine was dirty and the room has a moldy musty smell. I used to be a General Manager for a large hotel, and I understand running a hotel is not easy. For what I paid each night, I was disappointed in Hilton.

Room wasn't ready at 3. Staff didn't greet us and wasn't pleasant at check in on Saturday February 24th. Other times we came inside they were on their phones. Customer service is lacking. The hotel itself is very nice and has great amenities. Good location. Suite was spacious.
