"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Riva Sea apartments. We went in May and it was so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The play area was wonderful for our 2 children aged 3 and 6 and we enjoyed lots of strolls to the beach close by. We also ate in the local area most nights, there aren’t that many but we still had fantastic meals every time. Giulio and Eliana were very helpful during our stay, both lovely people :) "

"Excellent property in the heart of Palermo. I stayed here only for 1 night but their room was nice - not very spacious, but good enough for a single occupant. I loved the central area inside the hotel that's partially open to the sky. Nice place to sit and relax. The internet connection is good.
