"Overall my family enjoyed our stay over Christmas at GRAND. Across the road from the bus (which we used to go to the Brunni ski hill) we also really enjoyed walking around town. When we came back to our cozy room, the entry was usually bustling, but our room was quiet- we loved our little balcony. "Disappointment was an understatement. Besides the fact that the hotel manager had some racist undertones in his talk, the staff was uncomfortably odd. Their mission is to be eco-friendly, which is great, but their mission of living in a commune & not liking tourists makes it worrisome. No TV is allowed. Men are asked to sit to pee.
