We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again.

I stay at hotels over 100 nights a year and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Staff, location, and amenities were all so great. Will stay here the next time I visit the area.

Reception is behind glass, like a bank teller.
Valet failed to bring all bags to room. AC started weak, but did improve. An annoying fly greeted is in our room as we entered. Had to ask for housekeeping needs such as towels , tissue paper and shower gel.
Inside jacuzzi in poor repair with missing jets.
AMAZING view. Terrific breakfast staff.
When arrived and asked valet for ice, he directed me to lake side bar (2-3 flights down from reception)
Nice they provided complimentary transportation to restaurants off the premesus.
