Nice place but service is not 5 star.

"The hotel is nice but the service has a bit of attitude - it’s a no at first and then after asking again they think about it. Not sure why as it’s meant to be 5 star - it’s not at that level. Lovely spa but booking your slot is a chore, as is dealing with the spa staff who are never at their desk. ..."

"Great place to stay in Andermatt. We were in walking distance to everything. My kids loved the sofa bed. It was huge ! We were greeted by the manager who waited for us since we were stuck in traffic. Only downside was the train station which you could hear if you are a light sleeper."
