Needs updating electrical switches were broken in my room, very dangerous. My room had no ventilation not comfortable

We are sorry for your confusion about the type of room you booked on line. Our Queen internal room means it does not have an external window, (they are our King rooms), but does have a large roof skylight. All rooms have a large ceiling fan, and reverse cycle air conditioning unit, allowing ample room ventilation. We checked your room and could not find faulty electrical switch, and sorry that you weren't able to provide this feedback to us whilst you were here.

Was long way from car to room. Very dark room, one small covered window overlooking back yard.

Thank you for providing feedback. All our King rooms have a window that can be opened and for privacy there is a curtin that is drawn closed until arrival. We appreciate that our rooms have great privacy. Not understanding your comment about the distance from the car park, which is secure under ground, with lift access to the first floor where all rooms are on 1 floor?

Shower head too small, I’m not tall and I had to duck to shower, good size area just shower head too low, tried to call reception a few times in the morning to ask for an extra 30min to leave the motel with no answer ( the child staying with us had some issues and needed a few more minutes) the manager abused us for asking and tried to push through us to get into our room, ( the child was still getting dressed ) we stopped her and got abused again, reception staff where great. Will not stay again though..

Thank you for providing feedback and the opportunity to respond. All showers have height and head adjustment and not sure why you didn't try and adjust it to suit you? There were a few issues that did arise with your stay and 1 was a serious breach of safety guidelines. Let's start from the beginning, you had a 2 night stay and had the Do not Disturb sign out for the duration of your stay, and this meant House Keeping could not service the room (and we understand why, after you departed you did not want us entering the room because you were smoking in the room whilst you were staying here). The second night we were called on the emergency after hours number ( at 22:45) because you needed a roll of toilet paper (no major concern just annoying). Then on the morning of check out, I knocked on you door at 10:30 am because there was no room key in the check out box. Nobody came to the door, and we then tried to enter but it was locked from the inside. I then went to Reception and called you on your mobile, which you answered and I asked where you were? You said you hadn't left yet but were "leaving in 10 minutes". When you came to reception to check out you said a staff member was "abusing you and yelling at you for not leaving". I apologised because that has never been her behaviour and would follow up. I was then called up to the room, and the Manager confirmed that she knocked on the door and your partner answered the manager confirmed that no request for late check out had been made, and we needed to get prepare the room. Your partner said your daughter was in the shower and then slammed the door in her face. That is when the Manager knocked loudly on the door, because that behaviour is not acceptable, and that was explained to your partner, in which she apologised.When we were clearing the room we found that your daughter had soiled the bed sheets ( and we accept that accidents do happen) but what we were disappointed with is that you and your partner never mentioned this to either of us at any stage.As mentioned the other issue was your smoking in the rooms whilst staying here, and we don't understand why you did this because you stayed in a family suite which has a large out side balcony where you could smoke? We had to replace all the bedding and do a deep clean because the room stank of smokes and was disgusting.One of our House Policies is No Smoking inside anywhere, and there are many signs throughout the building and in all rooms, but you chose to disregard the comfort and safety of other guests, and staff.
