"Friendly and helpful front desk. Bed was comfy and slept v well. The view is absolutely stunning! It is about 5mins walk from the main train station and about 10mins walk to the old town (Golden roof). V convenient. "

"Convenient to train station and old town. We had room with upgraded views and soaker tub. Fantastic to wake up to mountains and then sit on back balcony in evening with a drink looking at a 2nd set of mountains and the Olympic ski jump. Soaker tub accommodates two on the 2nd level. Gave us a complimentary public transport pass at check-in and chocolate at check-out. Favorite room on our 17 day European adventure. Would only stay here when visiting Innsbruck again."

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

Perfect Ski Holiday Option

"Stayed 4 nights during a ski vacation. Couldn't ask for a better location - right across from the train station. In the morning just walk outside and catch one of the ski busses. Very clean and good security (card needed to enter after 6 and for elevator) If you're wiped after a long day then just fo across the street to the very well appointed supermarket in the lower level of the train The buffet breakfast is another great feature...nice mix of hot / cold Highly recommended "

"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."
