I stayed at this Hampton Inn in Gretna, VA last Friday and it was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. At 2am there was partying going on in a room close to ours that lasted for hours. I tried calling down to the front desk several times but no one answered. Finally I got someone and they said "Oh it must be the basketball team". So they knew about the problem but still did nothing about it. Even after my call it kept going. Loud music and loud voices. I had my 2 children with me and the next day on our vacation we were completely exhausted from lack of sleep. Never going to stay here or any Hampton again

The fire alarm flashed all night, people were running up and down the halls, the room next to us slept through their alarm for an hour.staff was great. Just paper thin walls.
